All Deep Water Cay oceanfront homesites face west providing spectacular sunsets. Being a small cay, all homesites are of close proximity to amenities including the Clubhouse, pool, marina and airstrip.

In addition to world-class fishing, Deep Water Cay offers exceptional conveniences and services, and a wide range of activities for all members of the family.

Travel to the island is simple. The private 4,200-ft paved jet airstrip, along with the ability to clear Bahamian Customs and Immigration on island, make Deep Water Cay readily accessible to its members and homeowners. Other travel options include commercial flights to Freeport available from many U.S. cities (Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Newark, Hartford, Philadelphia and New York City). The marina offers dockage for members cruising the Caribbean.
